Deseo de Michael is a small family owned boutique vineyard, specializing in exclusive limited release chardonnays. We produce only 140 cases a year, all hand done. 2010 Pale
Yellow Chardonnay
This beautiful chardonnay is a pale yellow straw-like hue. It’s light nose beliefs, its crisp yet smooth taste. An old-world style, terroir-driven wine, the fruit is not overpowered by the thoughtful use of oak and retains refreshing notes of granny smith apple. This wine is a naturally pairs well with lighter chicken and pasta dishes as well as seafood.
2011 Warm
Gold Chardonnay
This complex wine has a rich warm golden color. Lusty notes of oak on the nose, followed by robust notes of oak, toast, and hints of green olive on the pallet. This wine has a round full- mouthfeel and a long satisfying finish. This isn’t a shy chardonnay and would stand up well to savory chicken dishes, warm winter stews, and casseroles.
2011 Warm
Gold Chardonnay
This complex wine has a rich warm golden color. Lusty notes of oak on the nose, followed by robust notes of oak, toast, and hints of green olive on the pallet. This wine has a round full- mouthfeel and a long satisfying finish. This isn’t a shy chardonnay and would stand up well to savory chicken dishes, warm winter stews, and casseroles.
2012 Clear
Sunshine Chardonnay
This wine is like clear sunshine in a glass. Platinum blonde in color with light oak on the nose, it’s a lovely summer chardonnay. Make any day special by enjoying this light-bodied classic wine with brie, camembert, Gouda and other soft or semi-soft cheeses, as well as fresh fruits and salads.
2013 Pale

This stainless steel chardonnay is the palest of yellows. But don’t let the color fool you! It has a bold fruity and floral nose. Without any oak to stand in the way of the grape this is a fruit-forward wine, with a surprisingly full lush mouth feel. Classic chardonnay notes of apple and pear are complemented by tropical fruit notes of melon, pineapple, and banana. This wine starts leaning towards sweet but has a decidedly long dry finish. A real crowd pleaser, enjoy this wine with seafood or by itself.

Cabernet Franc
Red fruit, black pepper and earth. Medium to full body with a smooth finish. Perfectly balanced and even better paired with pork lamb or beef.
